CNC Universal Tool Grinding Machine (Model: MD 30-I)

A. Main Features

This is a high accuracy and five axis CNC tool grinder machine which is capable of producing, grinding, re-sharpening of tools/cutters of different materials like carbide, HSS, and ceramic. The types of cutters and tools it can process include end mill cutters, twist drill, cylindrical form tools, and flute ISO porting tools. It has a single grinding spindle, where up to four grinding wheels can be installed at the same time. It is suggested to contact us if you intend to equip this machine with different optional items in order to satisfy your operational requirement.

o End mill: Straight and Taper Square, Ball and Corner Radius, end mills.

o Reamer: Straight and Taper reamers with straight or spiral flute and straight or taper flute.

o Drill: Straight and spiral flute drill with single step or multiple steps.

o Most of the standard tools and special tools.

Any job requires 5 axis grinding.
